Please receive my application regarding the English trainer role, located in Caen, which I have come across on Aladom.

I have decided to write it in English as a matter of good faith but am keen on sending you a French translation, may you require so.

I am Antoine. A certified coach and former corporate manager with 10 years of English practice in 4 different countries (FR, UK, IE, CZ) and 5 of training and demoing, mostly for key consulting firms and retail clients such as KPMG, CapGemini, Accenture, Clarins, P&G, L’OREAL. I also hold great scores for the TOEFL (253/300) and the TOEIC (930/990)

I have decided to undertake a reconversion and bring my four passions (pedagogy, English, travel and personal development) into one by offering my services as an English trainer. And this is how I am planning to deliver my language sessions:
- By using deep inquiry methods and coaching tools to encourage people to discuss their own interests as a support to generate more fluidity of speech
- By discussing concrete, adventurous travelling opportunities and situations to motivate their learning curve
- By promoting mistakes in order to let go of the resistance to speak and make new grammatical and conjugaison topic to emerge
