Hi, my name is Carlos Alavez! I have recently graduated in Biomedical Engineering, and I am thrilled to share my knowledge and help others. I have professional experience in prosthetics, medical equipment maintenance, and material evaluations.

Because I am from Mexico, I have a great command of Spanish and knowledge in Mesoamerican history. I also know a few words in native Mexican languages such as Mayan and Aztec. I believe that cultural diversity is a valuable source of knowledge and personal enrichment.

I like to be well-prepared with my materials and would use presentations and online tools to make the sessions more dynamic. To track progress and identify areas for reinforcement in future sessions, I like to incorporate quizzes at the end of each session.

I prefer to conduct my tutoring sessions in English, but please don't hesitate to ask if you would like them in French. Although I may not be completely fluent, I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
