I don’t know why I waited so long to try yoga. I’ve had lower back pain for nearly a year. My orthopedic doctor sent me to physical therapy and it seemed that my pain increased. After two yoga sessions with Christine, my lower back pain began to decrease. Christine listens and tailors your workout specifically to your needs, or goals. She is very professional and knowledgeable, and I highly recommend her as an instructor!
